The Well-being Visit LLC uses the details you share to respond to your inquiry and support your coaching journey.
What you share
An inquiry includes your contact details and the goals you choose to share. The quiz includes your answers and a coaching focus profile. Neither the quiz nor its profile is a diagnosis.
Health-related information
Your quiz answers may describe sleep, digestion, mood, cycles, or other personal experiences. You can skip any question. Submitting your answers lets me use them to support your coaching inquiry; the quiz is not a medical diagnosis. Please do not include information you do not want to share.
Website measurement and storage
This website does not currently send analytics events to Google Analytics, Plausible, or advertising platforms. Your browser uses session storage to restore a personal journey link during your visit. Cloudflare Turnstile helps check that forms are submitted by a person.
Your next steps
Your information is stored in my RootWork system. The walkthrough records playback position and booking status so your return link can restore your progress and follow-ups can stay relevant.
You receive a return-link email and up to two follow-ups if you haven’t booked. You can stop these through your personal link or by replying. Coaching news and offers are a separate, optional choice.

Services that support the site
Netlify hosts the website and processes technical request information to serve and secure it. RootWork uses Supabase for data storage, Resend for delivery of these emails, built-in RootWork agreement signing, Stripe for payments, and Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect forms from automated submissions. Earlier agreements completed through SignWell remain available in the portal. This site does not use advertising trackers.
