Online health coaching for women in their 30s
The Performance Reset
Six months. One-to-one support. A plan that has room for your life.
Maybe you know the habits you want to build, but keeping them going is another story. Meals happen when there’s time. Movement gets pushed to tomorrow. By the end of the day, there’s very little left for you.
I’m Jessica Cardona, RN, founder of The Well-Being Visit. Through online health coaching, I help you look at the patterns behind your days and turn your goals into practical steps. We work on food, movement, sleep, and stress together, with room to adjust when life changes.

What we can work on together
You don’t need a perfectly organized life to begin. We start with what matters to you and what feels possible now.
- Nourishment: Make room for regular meals and notice the eating patterns that support your day.
- Movement: Find ways to move that fit your interests, energy, and capacity.
- Sleep and recovery: Look at your daily rhythm and create more opportunities to rest.
- Stress and everyday demands: Notice where you’re stretched thin and build habits that make space for your well-being.
A goal might be making lunch a regular part of your workday, creating an evening wind-down routine, or finding a realistic place for movement in your week. The starting point is personal. We choose it together.
What your six months include
A plan shaped around you
We begin with your goals, routines, and what you’ve already tried. Together, we choose manageable habits and a starting point that fits your current capacity.
Check-ins every two weeks
You have time to put your plan into practice, then reflect with me on what worked, what got in the way, and what needs to change. A difficult week gives us useful information for the next step.
Feedback and direct messaging
You can bring questions and observations into the coaching process. My feedback helps you make adjustments as you learn what works in your everyday life.
Skills to use after coaching
We practice noticing patterns, choosing realistic next steps, and making changes you understand. The aim is to build confidence in your own decisions beyond our time together.
The R.E.B.E.L. Method
The Performance Reset follows five areas of focus. We move at your pace, building on the foundations before asking more of you.
- Energy and daily rhythm: Start with nourishment, sleep routines, and the shape of your day.
- Nourishment and digestion: Explore your eating patterns and what you notice around meals, without jumping to more restrictions.
- Stress and recovery: Identify everyday demands and practical opportunities to pause and replenish.
- Cycle awareness: Notice patterns in your energy, mood, and cycle, and bring useful observations to conversations with your medical care team.
- Strength and independence: Build movement and habits you can keep adapting after coaching ends.
Is this the support you’re looking for?
The Performance Reset is designed for women in their 30s who want personal support with everyday health habits and time to practice them. It may be a good fit if you’re tired of starting over, want help making your goals more manageable, or would value someone to reflect and adjust with you.
I bring my background as a registered nurse and ten years of ER experience to the way I listen and support you. Our work here is health coaching: education, habit building, and support. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and it complements your medical care.
Questions before we start
How does online coaching work?
We work together remotely. Your coaching plan fits around your daily life, with check-ins every two weeks, feedback, and direct messaging. We’ll talk through the practical details during your strategy call.
Why is the program six months?
Habits need room to be tried in real life. Six months gives us time to notice patterns, practice, and adjust through busy weeks and changing circumstances.
Will I have to follow a restrictive diet?
We begin with your needs and routines. There’s no preset restriction template. We focus on practical habits you can understand and use in your life.
What if I don’t know where to start?
That’s a useful place to begin a conversation. You can tell me what feels difficult or take the free well-being quiz to help put your priorities into words.
What happens when I ask about coaching?
You’ll share a little about what brings you here. Then you can watch me explain my coaching approach and choose a time for a free strategy call on the same page. We’ll talk about your goals, your questions, and whether working together makes sense.
Let’s find a starting point you can work with
You don’t have to arrive with all the answers. Bring your questions and a little of your story. We’ll start there.
Prefer to reflect first? Take the free well-being quiz.
